The Turbulence Series brings the violence and drama of extreme weather events into the gallery space, immobilizing their kinetic force in the form of metal whirls.

Using SHoP’s vision, we designed the custom support structure to accommodate the complex, undulating vertical slat wall geometry.

Fabricated in aluminum, the cladding consists of a series of unique folded and perforated panels that when layered, create a dynamic moiré effect.
